The Government-Paid Leave (GPL) applications will no longer be available on the CPF website from 27 July 2015, 5.30pm.

You can submit your applications via the new GPL portal (www.profamilyleave.gov.sg) from 3 August 2015.

SingPass Upgrade

SingPass is upgrading its login service for government e-services to serve you better and more securely. During this period, there will be a Data Freeze and System Down Time.

The Data Freeze will be from 2 July (11.59 pm) to 4 July (10pm), during this period you can continue to access my cpf Online Services. However, you will not be able to make changes such as online password reset, counter password reset, profile changes, account creation and mail my password to your SingPass account. During the System Down Time from 4 July (10pm) to 5 July (10am), my cpf Online Services will be unavailable.

Website Changes

CPF Board have made some changes to the design and the organisation of information on the website. Some of the key changes include:

  • Relocation of Login button to the right
  • Relocation of Business Partners (BP) page to ‘Useful Links’
  • Enhancement of CPF schemes information pages for easier access to related FAQs, forms and resources
  • Enhancement of search functionality to include all Singapore government websites

Your Yearly Statement of Account for 2014 is available online now!

The Yearly CPF Statement of Account for 2014 is available for your viewing and printing via my cpf Online Services – My Statement.

The mailing of the hardcopy Statements will be in phases and is scheduled to be completed by the second week of February 2015.

CrimsonLogic, the administrator of SingPass, has recently upgraded their system to support mobile devices like iPad and iPhone! It means greater flexibility for you to transact with us using your SingPass.
Simply login to my cpf Online Services using SingPass through the browser (aka Safari) on your iPad and iPhone. Login now!

Note: Common desktop browsers that have been tested by Crimson Logic include IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9, Chrome 13.0, Firefox 6.0, Firefox 5.0, Firefox 3.6, Safari 5.0, Safari 5.1 (iPad) and Mobile browsers such as IE Mobile, Android Browser, Opera Mini, Safari Mobile, Symbian Browser.

Email Safety

Email is commonly used as a channel of communication for non-confidential correspondence. Hackers and phishers often use emails to trick email users into revealing your passwords or other confidential information by responding to the sender or by clicking the URL (website link) provided in the email which will direct you to other malicious site or download Trojan into your system.

Hence, customers are advised to exercise precaution when handling email.

Important: CPF Board will never ask customers to provide password or other confidential information via email.

If you are in doubt, please refer to the list of authorised email a​ddresses from CPF Board. The Board also sends out email alerts via these seven email addresses:

Note: To ensure that you receive our email alerts, you may wish to include the above email addresses in your safe senders list.

Here are some best practices:

1. Be careful when you receive an email from someone unknown to you. Do not reply to unsolicited emails, you are advised to delete them immediately.

2. Do not click on hyperlinks in the suspicious email as you might be directed to other websites or pop-up windows asking you to enter, confirm or update your personal information. These hyperlinks may direct you to malicious content which may be harmful to your computer system.

3. Look out for obvious spelling errors in the subject title/content of the email. Often, malicious emails will contain misspelled words to avoid spam filters from identifying them.

4. Do not provide any sensitive information such as password or personal information via email.

With e-Cashier, you can make payment online using eNETS Debit payment.

All you need is an internet banking account* to make payment in three simple steps:

Step 1: Go to "E-Services" and select "e-Cashier"

You will then be linked to your internet banking account.
